What happens if I select the wrong sections when booking?
Please check your selections carefully before paying. If only part of your house or the wrong sections are selected, the cleaner may only be able to clean the areas included in your booking, or additional charges may apply for extra work identified on arrival. Can you clean windows on tall buildings and flats?
Yes. Our network includes cleaners equipped for tall buildings and high-rise flats, using extension poles, rope access and robotic technology depending on the height and access required.
What about hard-to-reach windows, like skylights or basement windows?
No problem — our cleaners are set up to safely access awkward spots including skylights, conservatory roofs, and basement or ground-level windows that are hard to get to.
Do you clean railings or balconies as well?
Our standard quote covers windows only, not railings or balconies. If you'd like these done, you can speak directly with your cleaner on the day, agree a price between yourselves, and pay them in cash — they'll write you out a receipt.
